Refunds and cancellations

Refunds on bhagol follow one line: you can cancel for a full refund any time before your guide is emailed to you; once it has been sent, the sale is final. Everything below is that line explained, plus the two exceptions that protect you.

Why the line sits there

A guide is a file. Once it has been sent, it cannot be returned, only kept. A no-questions refund after delivery would mean anyone could buy, keep the file, and take the money back, and the honest buyers would end up carrying the dishonest ones. We would rather draw the line plainly than price that in.

What protects you instead is on the other side of the purchase: every fact in the guide already stands in the free essays on this blog, and they are staying free. You can read all of it before paying a rupee, and the guide's own page says exactly what is in it, chapter by chapter. Nobody is buying blind here.

Cancelling before delivery

Guides are sent by email within one day of payment, personally. If you paid and changed your mind before the guide arrives, write to support@bhagol.in with the word cancel and your payment reference (it is in Razorpay's confirmation). The payment is refunded in full and nothing is sent. No reason needed.

The two exceptions, which always refund

- We fail to deliver. If the guide has not reached you within one day of payment and you have written to us, and it still does not reach you, the payment is refunded in full. A sale without a delivery is not a sale. - The file is defective. If what arrives is broken, unreadable, or not what the offer page described, we fix it or refund it, your choice.

How the money comes back

Approved refunds are confirmed within two working days and returned through Razorpay to the method you paid with. In practice the money usually lands within a week; the exact timing belongs to your bank or UPI provider. If it has not arrived in ten working days, write again and we will chase it.

The record

This policy is written in advance so it can be quoted back at us, which is the standard this site holds sellers to. If it ever changes, the change appears here with a dated note and applies only to purchases made after it.
