The guide arrives from support@bhagol.in within a day, sent personally; there is no robot on this end yet, which is also why the delivery promise is a day and not a minute. If it has not arrived in a day, write to support@bhagol.in with your payment reference.

Refunds

Full refund any time before the guide is sent; once it has been emailed, the sale is final. If delivery fails or the file is defective, you are always refunded.
