Terms

Terms here are short because the arrangement is simple. bhagol is a reading place run by Ankit Sahu (Kinyoubi Atelier & Co., India). The essays are free. Occasionally something is sold: a written guide, or later a class or a membership. This page is the standing agreement for both.

Reading the site

Everything published on the blog is free to read, and stays free. Essays may be quoted with attribution and a link. They may not be republished wholesale or sold. The images carry their own licences, listed in full on the credits page.

Nothing on this site is a prediction, a medical opinion, a legal opinion, or financial advice. A reading is a decision tool, not a prophecy, and the decisions stay yours. The full set of rules we write under is The Bhagol Standard, and these terms sit underneath it, not above it.

Buying something

Every paid thing on bhagol is listed with its price, its scope, and its limits before you pay. If a page asks for money without telling you exactly what you get, that page is broken; report it through corrections.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, bank, or UPI details; Razorpay handles them, and shows the payment as made to Ankit Sahu. We receive your payment reference and the contact details you give at checkout, and we use them for delivery and support only, as the privacy page promises.

Guides are delivered by email, personally, within one day of payment. A guide you buy is yours: keep it on any of your devices, print it, share it inside your household. Do not repost it publicly or resell it; it has no locks on it because we would rather trust you.

Refunds are governed by the refunds page: full refund any time before your guide is sent; once it has been emailed, the sale is final, with delivery failures and defective files always refunded.

Changes

When these terms change, the change appears here with a dated note, and no change applies backwards to anything you already bought. Questions about anything on this page: write to support@bhagol.in.
